1. Wholesale Trade Show Ex. Hall - 10x10

2. Wholesale Trade Show- ‘Artist Booth’ 6x6

Check/Money Order - $1000 -Trade Price $1000 - Early Bird Price (Paid in Full by January 1, 2017) - $900
Includes: One 4ft wide x 42” high table, One Wheat Colored Table Skirt, One booth name placard, One Stool.

3. Non-Functional Art Booth (Front Hallway) 6x6

Check/Money Order - $750 -Trade Price $800 - Early Bird Price (Paid in Full by January 1, 2017) - $500
Includes: One 6ft table, Pipe/Drape, One Wheat Colored Table Skirt, One booth name placard, Two chairs.

4. Public Ex. Hall booth - ‘Retail’ 10x10

Check/Money Order - $1500 -Trade Price $1600 - Early Bird Price (Paid in Full by January 1, 2017) - $1500
Includes: One 8ft table, Pipe/Drape, One Wheat Colored Table Skirt, One booth name placard, Two chairs.

Once you have contracted your booth you will receive an Exhibitor Kit with information on booth extras (lighting, cases, tables, etc.) from Valley Expo.

Hotels 

Your booth price does not include hotel room. We have contracted room block rates at both the Sheraton ($109.95/night for a  standard double) and the Hilton Monona Terrace ($199/night standard double). You will be responsible for making your own reservation.

 

Where does all the money go?

We have spent a considerable amount of time since the last show looking at how Glassroots works financially. It has been our goal to keep booth prices competitively low, while ensuring that the show has enough money to back its reputation of being the show that takes care of its attendees generously. Each year we keep the show roughly the same size instead of creating more filler in order to generate more revenue. Each year we also spend more in order to outdo ourselves in production. We want you, our exhibitors, to understand that 1. We will not compromise quality in order to make more money for ourselves. and 2. Every year of the show definitively improves upon the last, which (usually) means spending more, thus the small increase in booth costs passed on to you.

 

Trades

Trades are still accepted as booth payment. Though we love the chance to distribute and promote your art, taking trades adds a new dimension to our job, as it takes time and energy to choose and liquidate the trade. If you are a business that would be unable to exhibit at Glassroots without trading for booth costs, please keep in mind that with trades, quick, smooth transactions are key!

Booth Placement

Booth choice is given first to return exhibitors that commit and pay for their booths early. Once your contract is signed and payment complete, you will be given the chance to choose your booth from what is available.

 

Trade Payments

Discounts
